Zac Efron Reveals That His Kiss With Zendaya Is His Favorite Onscreen Kiss Ever

Since Zac Efron rose to fame, he's had his fair share of onscreen kisses. And even though he shared many romantic moments with costar-turned-girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens back in the day, Zac recently revealed that Zendaya has been his favorite on-screen kiss thus far. 

In case you didn't know, Zac and Zendaya play love interests in an upcoming film, The Greatest Showman. We can only assume that they have some serious chemistry, and wait a second — aren't they both single? Is it wrong that we totally support this onscreen couple becoming a real thing?

In a recent interview about their upcoming movie, the reporter asked Zendaya if she noticed Zac's "expertise" in onscreen kissing when they were filming. 

Zendaya was quick to answer, "No! You’re in the moment!"

"The whole time, [our characters are] not allowed to as much as touch, talk, speak, have a moment between each other. So every moment — even if they’re just touching — is incredibly special. It’s not just another kiss. It’s different. We try to take ourselves out of it and become these two characters and that’s their moment.”

Zac immediately added, "This might be my favorite kiss, I think, ever."

“Just because at this point for these characters, it’s so built up, the tension between them is so strong, and literally just a glance between them is electric," he added. 

“When they finally have the courage in that moment to finally connect and get that kiss, it’s that epic musical moment," Zac said. 

Well, that sounds pretty steamy. 

The Greatest Showman is in theaters everywhere December 20th!
