Here's What 8 Victoria’s Secret Models Eat In A Day

Here's What 8 Victoria’s Secret Models Eat In A Day

It's that time of year when we start thinking about New Year's resolutions, and the number one resolution people tend to have is to change eating and fitness habits.
We can watch the Victoria's Secret fashion show all we want, but abs are made in the kitchen, and we're about to learn the recipe from eight models.
Surprisingly, they eat more than just sticks of celery.

But before reading this...

Keep in mind that every body is different, and what works for some people just doesn't work for others.
So take these routines with a grain of salt, because we can't all be paid to diet.

1. Miranda Kerr

Kerr starts every day with lemons in hot water to help with digestion, and pairs it with a fruit and veggie-filled smoothie. After some mid-day yoga, she enjoys a salad with salmon for lunch.

And to top it all off...

For dinner, the Australian beauty often makes a slow-roasted chicken that has been stewing all day.
It sounds wonderfully delicious and time-consuming, but also surprisingly down to earth. I'd eat dinner with her any day!

2. Stella Maxwell

This 27-year-old model makes sure she eats in moderation rather than follow a strict diet.
Breakfast for the blonde vixen is scrambled eggs, avocado, and oatmeal. Lunch and dinner involves a protein and greens, often salmon and salad.

3. Josephine Skriver

Skriver believes in a lifestyle rather than a diet. She also believes in cheat days. Amen!
In general, she eats a lot of protein and veggies, as well as healthy carbs before working out.

An average day for her starts with scrambled eggs, spinach, and a cup of brown rice.

"For snacks, I love everything from fruit to carrots or nuts — I always carry fruit and nuts with me."

4. Gisele Bündchen

Well, to start off, Gisele has her own organic vegetable garden, so it's no surprise that her breakfast is packed with fresh fruit and vegetables, and lots of lemon water.

Fruit platters are enjoyed throughout the day.

And eighty percent of her family's diet consists of organic vegetables and whole grains like brown rice, quinoa, and beans.
She has banned all foods containing white sugar and white flour from the house. Yikes.

5. Adriana Lima

Lima follows a strict diet that has her sleeping seven to nine hours a night, and drinking two to four liters of water a day.
She's not to consume sugar, processed foods, or alcohol. Carbs are allowed, but only before exercise.

And what happens before a show?

Her nutritionist Dr. Charles Passler insists on stress management like meditating, getting a massage, taking a bath — basically anything to keep stress hormones down.
She also stops exercising three days before the show.

6. Bella Hadid

This "it" girl follows the same plan as Adriana!
Through her diet, she maintains muscle while slimming her measurements and body fat. Protein supports muscle, fats provide energy, and carbs increase exercise energy.

She eats lots of protein and fats.

Think nuts, avocado, olive oil, coconut oil, and chia seeds. She avoids inflammation and bloating by avoiding gluten, dairy, processed foods, and sugar.
Basically, she's no fun to go to dinner with.

7. Kendall Jenner

Bella's BFF is said to have the metabolism of Michael Phelps because she doesn't exactly eat clean. She has a love for burgers and pizza, and frequents In-N-Out often.
Can we have her metabolism, please?

She asks for very specific junk food in her dressing room.

The list includes Twix, peanut butter, chips and guacamole, and hummus and carrots.
But when your dad's a retired Olympic gold-medal winning athlete, it's safe to say good genes run in the family.

8. Gigi Hadid

This Hadid loves scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast for breakfast, always with orange juice and coffee.
Her personal motto is to "Eat clean to stay fit, have a burger to stay sane."
Now this is a diet I can get on board with!

Her go-to dinner food? Sushi!

And she always keeps Evian, soda, orange juice, and lemonade in her fridge.
When she's not boxing to keep fit, you'll find her snacking on salami, chips, hummus, carrots, and fruit.

SHARE if you're ready to begin your New Year's resolution!
