Couple Is Redefining Relationship Goals With Viral Instagram Post

Couple Is Redefining Relationship Goals With Viral Instagram Post

I haven't had many relationships, and I've had even fewer serious relationships, but I will say that every time I've been emotionally involved with someone I seem to out kick my coverage. Big time.
I don't know how I manage it, to be entirely honest — I'm average looking at best, not fat but for sure enjoy pasta, and I certainly don't have a winning personality, and yet I've been involved with some seriously handsome guys.
It didn't really occur to me until I actually felt comfortable and vulnerable with someone, that maybe all those things I pick apart are what make some crazy person enjoy my company. That's a nice thought, isn't it? That no matter what it is that I don't like about myself, there could be someone who enjoys my quirks — or at least cares about me.
That's why any time I see a declaration of real love, the kind of love that looks past all of our flaws, I get a little emotional, because I've been there, and I think we all have. And to love ourselves enough to believe that someone else could too is a beautiful and powerful thing.
Here is one of those amazing stories.

Jazzy is an Instagram personality who spreads nothing but joy and warmth on her page.

She describes herself as an aspiring plus model, loving wife, super mom, and beast mama in the gym. But, before all those things, she has "body positives."

She explains how she's been with her partner for 14 years and together they have a super beautiful and adorable family.

I mean, look at them! How much more adorable could you be? You can really feel the love in this picture, don't you think?

One thing that I admire about her is how she loves herself but also knows that self-love means self-care.

In the caption for this post, she said "Now to the men and women that are body positive along side of me, just because we love our bodies doesn't mean we can't take care of our bodies! Loving yourself does not mean that you just let yourself go. When you love yourself truly you want to take care of your body."

"Over the years this man has loved every curve, every roll, and every stretch mark on my body. I never understood why!

How could he love something that isn't 'perfect'? How could a man who was 'born fit' love someone like me! I don't have a flat stomach, I jiggle when I walk, hell if I run up the stairs to fast my body claps (lmao)!! But now I see I do have the 'perfect' body!! Every roll, every curve and every stretch mark is put on me just perfect to make both of us happy!!! I love my body and I finally see why he does too!!

Sometimes great self-love means knowing that someone can love you just the way you are.

Thank you Jazzy for being a brave warrior for all of us who still struggle with body positive feels and self-love!
