Overnight Oats: Weight Loss Breakfast in 30Sec

Ingredients:
- 50gm of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of skimmed milk
- 2 tablespoons flaked almonds
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup
- Blueberries or blackberries or raspberries or any of your favorite fresh fruit
Method/direction:
- Mix your oats milk and vanilla extract along with maple syrup into your container and stir through. Make sure container only ¾ full as it will plump a little.
- Add up Chia seeds.
- Top up berries or your favorite fresh fruits along with flaked almonds.
- Leave the jar in the fridge overnight.
- The next morning, remove from the fridge and enjoy!
