You know, I do a lot of articles on fails or facepalms or basically how people are the worst in general — but in all honesty, I actually love humans and our ridiculous antics. So today, we've already taken out the trash and brought home the gold! We're looking at the heartwarming moments that you just can't help but smile at. If you or someone you know needs a pick-me-up, this wholesome slice of life should do the trick! 

1. We'll start with this good news.

Well, ya heard it here first, folks! Apparently you can ride on an airplane with a baby and not be irritated beyond words. With parents as solid as that, how could you go wrong?

2. Feeling down? Find a friend to turn it around!

Especially when you have a friend who has a completely ridiculous pet like this li'l kitty. Really though, how can you stay upset when looking at that face?!

3. Getting a celeb in your senior photos might seem far out, but I've seen stranger things.

Why he demanded he pose with a trombone, I'll never know. And really, at this point, I don't think I ever want to know.

4. Real recognizes real, ya know?

There is no stronger love than that between a pet owner/master/parent and their animal. And the "everything's okay now" face it's making in the last pic killlllllls me!

Look, I promise that not every pic in this list is of dogs, but can you really blame me for throwing in a bunch?

Sometimes it's the seemingly little gestures that really mean the most. This is just an amazing way to show a kid you've always believed in them.

Just another moment when I wonder how Twitter is even free. This kind of thing just couldn't happen in the past.

Sure, history is full of horror, but it's nice to see that even before Twitter, people had a heart and spirit that could be captured at times. Crazy, I know.
