The mother of a 7-month-old boy named Lukas, who died in 2013, made the decision to donate his organs to save the lives of three others. Now, the boy's heart has found a home.
Heather Clarke's decision ultimately saved a four-year-old girl named Jordan Drake. After spending years in the Phoenix Children’s Hospital trying to conquer a congenital heart defect – she finally received a heart transplant, with the organ from Lukas.

Clark explained why she made the decision at the time after coming to terms that she wouldn’t be able to save her own son, she said:
"There is another family out there, somewhere, you know who’s feeling something of what I'm feeling, somewhat, and I have the chance to make them not go through what I'm about to go through.”
Clark met Jordan's mother, Esther Gonzalez, on Sunday
Clark received a teddy bear from Jordan that played the recorded sound of Lukas’ heart beating. She also got the chance to hear Lukas’ heart beat inside of Jordan.
Clark said her son made more of a difference than she ever has in her own life, saying he had done "more in 7 months of life than I’ve done in 25 years of life.”
The life that was taken too soon now can live on through Jordan
