You are having a heart attack if you feel sharp pain in the chest that spreads on your arm and jaw.
According to doctors, you have 15 seconds to help yourselves before you lose consciousness.
Sometimes symptoms begin slowly and last for a longer period of time, which means you have time to get to the nearest hospital or call for help. However, do not take that risk, but conduct the following procedure.
YOU MUST START COUGHING HEAVILY AT ONCE!

Cough constantly and strongly. Take a deep breath before each coughing. The coughing must be deep and prolonged.
Take deep breaths and cough heavy on every 2 seconds, until help arrives or your heart starts working regularly.
Deep breathing brings oxygen into the lungs and body movements during coughing squeezes the heart and maintain blood circulation. Pressing and pressure on the heart helps to restore normal rhythm.
In the meantime, call help from your neighbors or using your phone. Do not stop coughing while on the phone – it will save your life!
According to doctors, people who practiced this method, have successfully reached the hospital or met the help they asked for.
